Natural Way of Living was established by Irmansyah Effendi, M.Sc. in 2014 as a company that endeavors to help others to be physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually healthier by using the physical body more in accordance with the way it was created by The Creator through organizing relevant workshops as well as training centers. 


The pioneering program from Natural Way of Living is the Secrets of Natural Walking® (SONW) workshop that was officially launched in January 2014 in 3 major cities in Indonesia with more than 500 participants in total. In an astonishingly short time frame, even before the workshop ends or just a few days afterwards, so many people have experienced significant and tangible benefits. Workshop participants who needed surgery for their physical problems were healed. Others experienced better improvement in body shape and most people also enjoy feeling more refreshed and energetic in their daily lives.

Signs you are not walking correctly

  1. Your legs are not straight and this causes you to put pressure on your hip, knee and ankle joints

  • If you have knock knees: The sole of the foot is pressing inwards therefore your fnees tend to direct inwards.

  • If you are bow legged: The sole of the foot is pressing outwards therefore your knees tend to direct outwards.

  • Normal: The distance of your left and right feet are correct and your body weight is evenly distributed on the soles of your feet (stepping properly).

2. The soles of your shoes wears out unevenly

Have you ever noticed that the soles of your shoes wear out unevenly? This simply means you are supinating which which means that as you walk, a disproportionate amount of weight is being placed upon the outer edges of your foot. There are shoes or orthotics that are designed to help compensate for this condition, but they will not fix the root of the problem.
