After you have registered your team, make sure you remember to take your 'BEFORE' pic so you can track your changes and progress. This can be a whole body photo or even a facial selfie.The KEY is to stay consistent!!
Take it on a good angle (straight on), wearing the same exact clothes you can wear again after 21 days for your 'AFTER' photo and with the same lighting.
Don't try to conceal your imperfections in the photo, remember this year in 2018 we #loveourbody
