Frequently asked questions

How many practices am I supposed to do each day?

You are recommended to do ALL the practices listed for each day. E.g. if a day has three videos, you should do all three.

Must I follow the practices in a particular order?

The order in which we have listed them is our recommendation. You can switch the practices within the same day around if you want or break them up and do them across the day but we recommend breaking it up into a minimum of 30mins/session.

What should I do after I finish the program?

Review and reflect on your progress and be grateful for the changes that has happened.

Any final tips?

The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.

Should I be making any other lifestyle changes during this 21 Day Challenge?

This is up to you, but we believe that eating a healthier diet, having a good amount of rest and being grateful can really help.

I don't have some of the recordings / I've misplaced some of the recordings listed on the challenge, what should I do?

Which challenge level should I choose?

This depends on the pre-requisites of each challenge and the amount of commitment you want to put in. Please consider the amount of time each challenge demands from you and if it will work into your lifestyle. Keep in mind you should be doing this challenge in teams of 3-5 so discuss between your group members to make a final decision that suits the whole team.

What if I missed a recording / missed a day of practice?

It is ok. We understand that life may get in the way sometimes, just continue to the next day as per normal. Just do your best and enjoy the challenge!

What are the benefits of doing this 21 Day Challenge?

Benefits for each person may vary depending on each person's personal condition and quality of practice. Commonly reported benefits include:
- Changes in mood (becoming more positive)
- Feeling stronger and freer (muscles become more toned with increased flexibility)
- Feeling more connected to the body (can listen better to what the body needs/wants) - Becoming taller (as the vertebrates of the spine are being adjusted many reported increase in height) - Better posture (the body is aligned more naturally)
