Sanuk was born in India, raised in Indonesia, South Africa and Australia, and currently resides in Jakarta. By profession he's an operations lead at an agriculture enterprise, however his personal time is spent learning and sharing about the spiritual heart. He has been practicing meditation for the past 6 years and Natural Walking for the past 2 years. Sanuk can teach in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a dash of 5th-grade level Hindi if required.
