Dancing to country music is a hobby for me. I am shown in the photo at an Eric Paslay show. You can count on me to be wearing snip-toe cowboy boots. Thanks to practicing Secrets of Natural Walking, my pointy cowboy boots aim straight!! It was an unforeseen benefit of SONW and makes my boots look even better, my dancing too because my upper body carriage is balanced and upright.

I enjoy peacefulness, all day after SONW practice. People notice "something," a radiance, or a calm poise - and it come from the wonderful practice. I urge one to try SONW and allow it time to transform, the gratitude is part of the peacefulness.
