Sean has always been passionate about seeking out new and interesting life experiences. At an early age Sean began to pursue holistic ways to improve health and happiness.
In Feb 2014 Sean was introduced to Secrets of Natural Walking (SONW). Through the SONW practice he experienced numerous benefits, including freedom from chronic lower back pain, greatly improved posture, sleep, and energy, a happier healthier life style, and the feeling of youth and vitality from past years. Being offered the opportunity to share this with others was a wonderful gift.
Becoming an instructor and sharing SONW, Sean has witnessed remarkable changes in participants bodies, emotions, and attitudes. Sean continues to be joyfully dedicated to the path of the heart and spreading the word about the beautiful benefits from the heart and SONW.
